The parking lot is a bomb crater. I've had at least one of the most insane gig experiences...we're talking 60+ years here...at the New Adelphi. Maybe two. Hull was the most damaged city during the German Blitz of WW II and these people take no crap from anybody. Eddy Bewsher, a lovely and cultured fellow, is the promoter so you can expect nothing but the absolute best from this gig. Call in sick to work the night before.
