It's a charity-driven event for the Sky Alert Foundation, a program for finding runaway/abducted/lost children using modern technology (drones, etc.). It's a tribute to Woodstock with an all-star cast; Leon & Riki Hendrix, the brother & cousin of Jimi, Roni Lee, a great guitarist/songer representing the women of Woodstock), Thomas Conner (singer from Blood, Sweat and Tears), Ron Blair, the original bassist from Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, Jocko from She Na Na, who broke big at Woodstock, a killer house band, and...of course..me, Greg Douglass, guitarist for Steve Miller, Hot Tuna, Electric Flag, and Paul Butterfield. It's a cool, hippy event, a mere 15 bucks at the door. Relive one of the great musical events of all time, with historic music being played by some of the best players in Southern California.
