Vista, California, was once the unofficial Strawberry Capital of the World. In the 1960's and 1970's, during peak season, strawberries were shipped from Vista all over the United States, as well as internationally. While strawberries aren't as ubiquitous they once were in this beautiful city, in 2010 Vista started this festival to celebrate its famous fruit. There's a 10K run, contests, vendors, and a ton of great bands, including the fabulous Clay Colton, a mixture of rock, country, Celtic, Irish and...you name it! Clay and i have been shedding some bitchin' dual guitar parts, and...it doesn't get much better!!!
